The Leblon Design Team are on a mission to create unique pieces which withstand the test of time - both in terms of durability and style. Leblon's choice of timbers are selected for their durability, grain and colouring, all products are manufactured to last. Special attention is paid to the drying process. Timbers are dried to between 8% and 10% moisture content which maximises resistance to weather.

Stainless steel is a high quality material. This ferrous alloy is extremely strong and highly resistant to corrosion. Leblon use Grade 304, which is very suitable for outdoor furniture. This material offers total durability in heavy use environments. Leblon utilize pure anodised aluminium which is rust-free and long lasting. This high quality metal is anodised for further protection - a process which makes the metal hard-wearing and easy to care for and gives it a lovely satin finish. The VIRO synthetic fibre used by Leblon Outdoor Design is a polyethylene based fibre of superior quality. The weave of this high quality synthetic material feels pleasantly soft and is absolutely weather-proof. Leblon features a scratch and chip proof paint especially formulated for outdoor use. This paint is durable and tough whilst smooth to touch.
